Teen Dies in I-75 Crash
An Ohio teenager injured in a four-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon on I-75 in Fayette County died early Sunday morning. Fifteen year old Brianna Moore was pronounced dead at 12:30 a.m. at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital due to blunt-force trauma to the head. The collision occurred around 2:30 p.m. Saturday on northbound I-75 near the I-64 interchange at mile marker 118. One vehicle was stopped on the side of the road prior to the crash. Further details are unknown at this time, and Lexington Police continue to investigate. Four other people suffered serious injuries during the wreck, but their current conditions have not been released.
