Bonnyman, Kentucky (Perry County) Car Accident Results In Death And Injuries
A wreck between a car driven by 70 year-old Shirley Watts of Lost Creek (Breathitt County) and a vehicle driven by 55 year-old Judy Hughs has resulted in the death of Ms. Watts and serious injuries to two passengers in each vehicle. The crash happened on Ky. 15 when Ms. Watts reportedly hit an ice patch and crossed over into Ms. Hughs' lane of travel.
This has been a deadly area in just the past few months. In November 2011, I posted about a crash in the same area that resulted in murder charges. Bonnyman is about one mile north of Hazard, Kentucky.
