Two Injured in Watterson Expressway Rollover
Two people were injured in a rollover accident on I-264 this past Thursday afternoon. According to a MetroSafe supervisor, the accident happened at about 3 p.m. in the westbound lanes between Bardstown and Newburg roads. One vehicle rolled over causing the two left lanes of the interstate to be closed while crews cleaned up the accident, the supervisor said. Two people were transported to the hospital, but the extent of their injuries is not known.
