Louisville, Kentucky Car Accident Claims One Life And Injures Three Others

25 year-old Candice Bartlett's life was cut short when she sustained blunt force trauma from a three-vehicle wreck on Outer Loop. Ms. Bartlett was a passenger in a car that reportedly failed to yield the right of way to traffic in the opposite lane of travel while attempting to turn left onto an I-65 entrance ramp. A Ford pickup truck and GMC van crashed into the car. All three drivers were injured and needed treatment.

It is not yet apparent why the driver of the car pulled in front of oncoming traffic. Hopefully, an accident reconstruction has been or will be performed to ensure that the family of Ms. Bartlett gets answers to questions they surely have. It is often necessary for someone involved in car and truck accidents to conduct their own investigation. Hiring an attorney experienced in handling such cases will accomplish this. He or she can retain experts to investigate and make sure testimony and evidence is preserved so that all questions are answered.

We use our blog as a forum to educate the public using real life events. However, we are very sensitive to the fact that these real life events have resulted in a tragedy that will inflict great pain and sorrow on those involved and those close to the victim(s). As such, we understand that they may not approve, and we will immediately remove a post if a victim or their loved ones makes that request.
