Triad Alcohol Wipes And Pads Recalled For Bacterial Infections That Can Lead To Death

The bacterial infection can cause brain damage in infants and claim their ability to walk, talk and eat. The FDA has received multiple reports of infection, illness and death associated with the use of the Triad pads and wipes.
