Lexington Man, Bob Destefano, Tragically Killed In Motorcycle Wreck
Robert Destefano, 58, of Lexington, died Friday night after his motorcycle collided with a vehicle on U.S. 60 between Winchester and Lexington. He was transported to UK Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at around 9:30 p.m.
A vehicle was turning left into the Sky-Vue Twin Drive-In, when Destefano's motorcycle hit it, police are reporting.
The accident is being investigated by the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
Destefano worked as the head custodian and maintenance supervisor at the Second Presbyterian Church. Our hearts go out to Mr. Destefano's family and his church family as they cope with this awful tragedy.
