Elizabethtown 9-Year Old Boy Hit By Car
An Elizabethtown, Kentucky child is recovering at Kosair's after being struck by a car. The 9-year-old boy was riding his bike Friday evening on Colesburg Road in Elizabethtown.
Police say a 29-year-old man struck the boy with his car. The boy was taken to Jewish Hospital and then transferred to Kosair Children's Hospital for head and leg injuries.
There is no word on the condition of the boy at this time and police have not released any further details of how the accident occurred.
