** Update ** I-65 Accident Involving A Fed Ex Truck And SUV Near Elizabethtown, Kentucky (Hardin County) Results In Fatalities And Injuries - Chicago Family Returning From Wedding
In an update to earlier posts (here, here and here), the two children seriously injured in this accident have now been transported from Kosair to a medical facility in Chicago where they are from in order to continue their respective recoveries. The move will allow them to be closer to family and friends. The family issued a statement thanking the people of Louisville for the support shown during their stay.
The investigation into the accident remains pending.
