Three More Plaintiffs Ask To Join Suit Against Former Detective, Crystal Marlowe

In an update to what has become a continuing story on this forum, John A. Bahe, Jr. and David Mushlin of Bahe Cook Cantley & Nefzger, PLC on Monday, March 27, 2011 again asked a Judge to add yet another three (3) plaintiffs to previously filed lawsuit against former Louisville detective, Crystal Marlowe.

Ms. Marlowe's case has been well documented in the Louisville media and other outlets, including national magazine, Cosmopolitan. The newly added plaintiffs include a minor and two adults, both of whom where charged with Robbery, and then later had their cases dismissed.

As the story has progressed, resulting in Ms. Marlowe's termination a couple weeks ago more and more people who were involved with Ms. Marlowe as defendants, and some who were simply witnesses who had interaction with her, have come forward to add information to the suit. Ms. Marlowe has, through her attorney, recently made some vague allegations of being singled out by the police department, which is what she claims resulted in her firing. Her termination is presently being appealed.
