Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pikeville, Kentucky became the fourth Kentucky nursing home to make the list of the nation's most troubled. Parkview joins Arbor Place of Clinton in Hickman County, Bluegrass Care and Rehabilitation in Lexington and James S. Taylor Memorial Home in Louisville on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Special Focus Facilities list, which tracks nursing homes with a history of poor care.
