Woman hit by car in Cynthiana, Kentucky Wal-Mart parking lot dies
A woman who was hit by a car in a Wal-Mart parking lot in Cynthiana, Kentucky has died.
The published reports are sketchy, but it appears that the woman, 74 year-old Sylvia Fight, of Cynthiana, was walking as a pedestrian in the parking lot in broad daylight when she was hit by a car. She was rushed to University of Kentucky Hospital where she was pronounced dead, according to reports.
It is also unclear how someone was not paying attention enough to hit a pedestrian in a parking lot, where you have to expect people to be walking, and how they could have been traveling fast enough to injure her badly enough to cause her death.
Arrangements for Ms. Fight are being handled by Ware Funeral Home of Cynthiana.
