Mirapex Lawyer: Additional Lawsuits Recently Filed For Victims of Mirapex

We continue to be contacted by numerous people from across the country regarding the compulsive behavior side effects caused by Mirapex taken for Parkinson's Disease and Restless Leg Syndrome. They include gambling, binge eating (overeating), binge shopping/spending (overspending) and hypersexuality. Mirapex has never been recalled.

We have continued to file lawsuits on behalf of those who have experienced these side effects and whose lives have been wrecked financially, physically, mentally and emotionally, alleging that the drug companies failed to warn patients of the potential side effects. Families have been torn apart, and many Mirapex users have attempted and committed suicide.

I have received permission from the federal court in Minnesota, where these cases are situated in a mult-district litigation (MDL) action, to practice these cases and represent clients no matter where they are from.

Dangerous and defective drugs are responsible for many injuries and deaths nationwide. Our profession calls this area of law products liability. Consulting an attorney experienced in handling these matters is usually easy. Most lawyers will provide a complimentary initial consultation to evaluate a claim or case and let the person know if they can help.
