Crestwood Doctor Charged With Sodomy

Oldham County Police have arrested Dr. Ashok Alur, age 56, on charges that he sodomized a 38 year old female patient.

If proven true, not only would the Doctor be criminally liable, but the victim would be able to bring a civil case against the Doctor for monetary damages related to such.
