Alcohol May Have Caused The Crash That Killed Robert O’Bryan
Alcohol is a suspected factor and cause in the head-on auto collision that killed a New Haven man and injured three others last Sunday. The accident occurred just south of Bardstown, Kentucky. Robert O’Bryan, age 26, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. One other person was airlifted to the hospital, and two others were taken to another hospital.
Auto Accident and Wrongful Death Attorney Brent T. Ackerson (click here for a profile of Attorney Ackerson) stated: “If alcohol played a role in the tragedy, then the full fury of the law should be brought to bear upon the guilty parties. There should be criminal and civil penalties to pay, and the families of the injured and killed should be compensated for the damages and loses.”
