BCCJ Partner Vanessa Cantley In The News: Former Madison County Sheriff's Deputies File Political Retaliation Claim
BCCJ Partner, Vanessa Cantley, was in the news again recently when Lexington News 18, Lexington's NBC-affiliate, aired a story about the lawsuit she filed on behalf of four former sheriff's deputies against Madison County Sheriff, Nelson O'Donnell. The suit claims that O'Donnell illegally terminated the four former deputies for supporting another candidate for sheriff and a candidate for jailer that O'Donnell did not support.
