Alcohol Thought To Be A Factor In Cause Of Death Of Trevor Harris
Trevor Harris, age 23, of the 6000 block of Toebbe Lane, was killed in a motor vehicle accident early this morning. Harris was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a 21 year old. The accident occurred on the Smyrna Road exit off of the Gene Snyder Freeway when the vehicle Harris was in flipped several times as it exited the freeway at a high rate of speed. The driver of the vehicle was taken to University Hospital. Alcohol was found in the car and reports suggest that the driver smelled of alcohol.
Harris’ family and his estate will likely have a wrongful death claim against the driver of the vehicle.
