15 Year Old Boy Killed, Dillon Howard
Dillon Howard, age 15, was involved in a motor vehicle accident when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a Ford Expedition. The accident occurred along Route 1559 in Grape Creek, KY. Howard was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. He was taken from the accident to Morgan County Hospital, where he later died from the injuries. The Ford Expedition was driven by Charles Smith, who is not being reported as injured. The accident is still under investigation.
If Smith is found to have any fault in this accident, even a small part, Howard’s family would have legal recourse which could be taken related to the death of their son, including a potential wrongful death suit.
