Man Killed In Auto Accident Yesterday
A yet to be identified man was killed yesterday in a motor vehicle accident in the 6200 block of Hanses Drive, Louisville, KY, on Thursday 6/17/2010. The accident occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Hanses Drive between Poplar Level Road and Fern Valley Road. Witnesses reported that prior to the accident, the man and his live-in girl friend had an argument. She left the scene of the argument in a van. The man got into his Toyota Tacoma and chased after her, passing her vehicle, and then lost control of his vehicle. The man’s vehicle struck a parked station wagon and flipped over into a ditch. A neighbor attempted to rescue him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identities of those involved, including the man killed, have yet to be released. Other than the man killed, no one else was injured.
