Suit Filed Against BP
Jasper Ward of the Law Firm of Bahe Cook Cantley & Nefzger PLC, representing two clients, have filed suit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky against BP Inc. and others over the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. The suit alleges loses to property values and rental incomes for property owners along the Gulf Coast. The Plaintiff’s in the action are Larry O’Bryan & Stephen Ernst. The lawsuit seeks class action status to represent other Kentucky residents who own property along the Gulf Coast and have been financially impacted by the oil spill.
