Proctor & Gamble Sued Over Pampers Dry Max Technology
A lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against Proctor & Gamble (P&G). The suit claims new Pampers diapers with Dry Max technology cause serious rashes and other skin conditions for the children wearing them. The company has called the assertions "false."
According to reports, the Plaintiffs are asking the court to require P&G to ensure that Pampers will not cause severe rashes, welts, chemical burns, blisters, and other skin problems, and to regularly test the product. They are also asking for reimbursement for the purchase price of the diapers and treatment for skin conditions caused by the diapers.
