Copy of Kentucky Lawsuit Against BP for Damages from Oil Spill
Bahe Cook Cantley & Nefzger attorney Jasper Ward filed a class action lawsuit last week against BP and many other parties related to the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico and the resulting oil spill --which is shaping up to be the worst man made environmental disaster ever.
