Toyota Known For Evasive Lawsuit Defense Tactics

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the government regulatory agency responsible for keeping our roads safe and auto manufacturers honest, has tied 52 deaths to accelerator-related crashes as of now. Consumer groups and attorneys involved in litigation with Toyota over defects in its cars believe that this number will continue to rise. Many more people of have been seriously injured because of sudden acceleration problems that Toyota was aware of but covered-up.

While federal regulators, members of Congress and citizens have been shocked to learn of Toyota's flagrant deceptiveness, attorneys who have battled against Toyota in U.S. courts have know of Toyota's deceptive tactics for years.
