Bullied To Death: New Court Documents Reveal The Extent of Bullying
Newly released documents in the case of 15 year-old Phoebe Prince of Massachusetts, who committed suicide in January, reveal the extent of bullying she suffered at the hands of classmates. Three girls, all 16 years old, pled not guilty to civil rights violations. Links to the court filings against all three girls are below:

Vanessa Cantley, attorney and partner at Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones, comments: "I represent children who have been severely injured both physically and mentally at the hands of classmates. Tragically, one even felt forced to take his own life, just like Phoebe Prince. Bullying is a misnomer. What is going on here is child abuse. And it needs to be treated that way. Those who are responsible - including the school officials who allow it to happen on their watch - must be held accountable."
