Legal analysis by Indiana lawyer
Vanessa Cantley, partner at Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones PLC: "It is unclear at this time what caused Mr. Youtsey to lose control of his truck and crash into Mr. Foster. An experienced accident reconstructionist could help get answers in this regard. However, based on the limited facts reported, it sounds like Mr. Youtsey was likely negligent and, if so, he is legally responsible to Mr. Foster's family for causing his death. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mr. Foster's family and friends."
