Kentucky Toyota Recall: Class Action Lawsuit Filed Seeking Economic Damages
Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones class action lawyer Larry Jones says, "A class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky seeking recovery for economic damages related to the recent Toyota accelerator problems. The economic damages that individuals may suffer include the car payments made on a vehicle that can't be driven, the cost of taking the vehicle to the repair shop, the time of from work to get the repairs completed, and the loss of the car's value."
