BCCJ Partner, Vanessa Cantley, In The News: Warning For Recalled Toyota Owners
Vanessa Cantley, partner at Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones PLC, was in the news again last week after being asked by WAVE 3, Louisville's NBC affiliate, to discuss the recent Toyota recall.
Vanessa advised owners of any recalled Toyota: Do not ignore the recall, even if your car appears to be operating normally. If you ignore the recall and, as a result, someone is injured or killed, you may be liable for damages.
