Alcohol A Factor In Henderson, Kentucky Wreck

The Henderson County Sheriff's Department is reporting that 34-year-old Steven Mclaughlin was trying to turn around on US 41A South in Henderson when he got his 2000 Ford F350 stuck in a ditch with part of the vehicle sitting across the south bound lane. Mclaughlin's truck was then hit by another driver. A passenger in Mclaughlin's truck was reportedly injured and was taken by EMS to Methodist Hospital.

The driver of the second vehicle received minor injuries but apparently was not taken to the hospital. Mclaughlin's blood alcohol level was reported by the Sheriff's Department to be 0.12, and he was arrested for DUI.
