1-800-Ask Gary and Winters & Yonker: Unethical Practices Alleged
The Louisville Courier Journal printed a revealing expose today into the practices of 1-800-AskGary (which is NOT a law firm) and Winters & Yonker (which is a Florida-based law firm whose named partners are not licensed to practice law in Kentucky).
