Kentucky Product Liability Lawyer: Suit Filed against Eastman Outdoors for Failed Carbon Express Arrow

Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones products liability lawyer Larry Jones has filed suit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky against Eastman Outdoors for injuries sustained when a Carbon Express Arrow failed, split into pieces and lodged pieces of carbon in the user's hand, causing multiple surgeries.

To date, Eastman has denied liability and has been largely non-responsive to requests for information about its arrows, which are manufactured in South Korea. Eastman has also failed to turn over information about similar incidents of arrow failures, but Larry Jones has uncovered at least one similar failure that seriously injured another Eastman customer.
