I have two sons of my own, and it breaks my heart to hear of their loss, especially on Christmas Day. It will be important for an accident reconstruction and a complete investigation to be performed into the cause of this wreck. If there was a defect in the manufacture or design of the ATV, which caused its left front tire to detach, Mr. Case's family may be entitled to seek damages against the manufacturer or designer of the product for Mr. Case's death."
