Mirapex Gambling Case Attorney: Complaints of Compulsive Behavior Caused By Mirapex Continue

I previously posted here that I am lawyer handling Mirapex gambling (and other compulsive behavior) cases. I continue to be amazed at the stories I hear from people all over the country whose lives have been turned upside down. The stories all include very similar, if not identical, details such as the description of a switch being flipped on while taking the drug and then turned off when stopping the drug. Many, many people tell stories of going from very secure financial situations to complete and utter financial ruin, including bankruptcy. They include business men and women, attorneys, tenured college professors, architects and many other solid individuals who you would never suspect would engage in such behavior absent some outside force causing it.
Another common theme is the guilt, embarrassment and shame people who took the drug and began engaging in destructive compulsive gambling or other behavior feel. Because they did not understand what was causing them to engage in the behavior or why they were doing it, they blamed themselves and oftentimes hid the destruction from spouses, friends and other loved ones. Thus, financial ruin has not been the only fallout. People report losing their family over the destructive behavior caused by Mirapex.
I look forward to representing my clients against the drug companies involved and hope to be able to give them justice for what has happened to them.
