Kentucky Product Recall Lawyer: Simplicity Cribs Linked to Eleven Baby Deaths
Simplicity cribs are reportedly linked to the deaths of 11 children. Most recently, a seven-month-old baby from Princeton, Kentucky was killed in September when part of the crib broke and the baby got trapped.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission stated on Thursday that it knows of many other incidents involving Simplicity cribs and drop side parts breaking and detaching from them. In December 2005, a recall of Simplicity cribs began and over 2 million have been recalled to date
The Commission warns caregivers to check their cribs and return the recalled Simplicity cribs - do not attempt to fix them.
