Two Indiana Men Killed On Way to Casino in Crossover Wreck
In yet another crash on the road leading to the Horseshoe Casino in Floyd County Indiana, it is being reported that two men were killed and two passengers in the car with them were injured when a car crossed the center line.
Thomas A. Fung and Jordan T. Burries died at the scene of the Tuesday night crash.
The four were southbound in a Dodge Neon driven by Fung, with Burries in the front passenger seat, when the car crossed the centerline, clipped an oncoming Toyota Camry, spun off the road and slammed into a tree, according to police and news reports.
The Toyota driver was not injured.
Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones wrongful death attorney Larry Jones says, "Crossover wrecks can and usually are deadly. I've represented several families who have lost a loved one in a crossover wreck. And this road leading to Horseshoe is particularly dangerous. I know my office has represented people injured in crossover wrecks on this road and I've been aware of many others over the years."
