Kentucky Woman Killed After Crashing Into Guardrail

A Kentucky woman, Connie Ward, was killed in a car wreck on Wednesday after her car crashed into a guardrail the Gene Snyder Freeway. She died at the University of Hospital.

Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones wrongful death attorney Larry Jones says, "While this is a tragedy for this woman's family, it could have been much worse. Fortunately, a guardrail was in place to prevent Ms. Ward's vehicle from crossing over into oncoming traffic. The next time you travel the freeway, you'll notice that there are not guardrails or other barriers in place. You would be amazed at the number of people seriously injured or killed every year in crossover car wrecks. Please contact your state legislator and ask them to fund 'cable barriers' throughout the state. Cable barriers save lives."
