SUV Rollover Wreck On Gene Snyder Freeway In Louisville, Kentucky Claims Life

A young Louisville, Kentucky man was fatally injured when the Ford Explorer he was a passenger in wrecked and flipped multiple times while on the Gene Snyder Freeway (a.k.a. I-265). Two other young men were seriously injured. Our sympathies and condolences go out to the friends and family of the deceased, and our wishes for speedy recoveries go out to the injured.
This death and injuries unfortunately add to the increasing number of fatalities and serious injuries on Kentucky roadways. It appears from media reports that the investigation is ongoing to determine the cause. While this may have been just a single vehicle accident caused by driver error, it is important to look at things other than driver error during an investigation to determine if there were any factors at play that are not readily apparent. A lawyer experienced in handling car and truck wrecks will know what to do to uncover any underlying causes that do not appear on the surface. For example, the Ford Explorer should be examined for its crashworthiness.
