LaGrange Man Killed After Crashing Into Tractor Trailer
Terrance Klein was killed in a crash on Interstate 71 early Wednesday morning. Klein was from LaGrange.
He was in a sport utility vehicle on I-71 in Oldham County shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday when the SUV crashed into a parked tractor-trailer, according to Oldham County police. The crash occurred on I-71 North near a rest area at mile marker 13.
Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones wrongful death attorney Larry Jones says, "Tractor trailers should be parked and marked in such a way that passing motorists can see them. It is unclear in this case exactly what happened, but generally a tractor trailer should place reflective barriers outside of the parked vehicle to allow oncoming drivers the ability to see them.
