Brent T. Ackerson, an injury attorney with Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones PLC says: “Too often we see motorcyclists, bicycle riders, and pedestrians, injured when motorists are in a hurry or not paying attention when they turn across traffic. From the reports, this initially appears to be a clear cut case of negligence on the driver of the car’s part. Hopefully the parties involved have insurance to take care of the injuries, pain & suffering, and medical bills, Mr. Lane will incur.”
