Driver Injurs La Grange, Kentucky Police Officer in Rear-End Collision
A La Grange police officer was injured this morning when another driver rear-ended his police cruiser while he was on the scene of another auto accident on Interstate 71, in Oldham County, Kentucky.
As reported by the Louisville Courier-Journal, Oldham County dispatch reported that the officer was out of the cruiser when the accident occurred about 1:30 a.m.
According to initial reports, the officer is not believe to be seriously injured. The officer was reportedly taken to Baptist Hospital Northeast and was treated and released, Oldham County dispatch said.
The condition of the driver who rear-ended the cruiser is unknown at this time, dispatch said.
