Motorcycle Accident Lawyer: At Least Two Deaths in Kentucky This Weekend

Bahe Cook Cantley & Jones motorcycle accident attorney Larry Jones sadly reports that there have been at least two motorcycle wrecks this weekend that have resulted in the deaths of the motorcycle riders. One motorcycle accident occurred in Garrard County, Kentucky and killed a woman. Another motorcycle wreck in Clark County, Kentucky resulted in the death of a Fayette County man.

In my experience representing motorcycle accident victims, I routinely find that motorcyclists many times do not carry Personal Injury Protection Coverage, Uninsured Motorist Coverage or Underinsured Motorist Coverage. Many times this is an economic choice --it costs less to carry these coverages. However, given the seriousness of motorcycle wrecks and the injuries they cause, I strongly encourage motorcycle riders to get these coverages to save you from the very significant medical bills that you will incur if you survive a wreck.
