Man Electrocuted at Kentucky Restaurant
A man was killed last week at a Richmond, Kentucky restaurant: An electrician died Thursday after being electrocuted while working on a convection oven at a Fazoli's restaurant in Richmond. Rick K. Wasson, 42, of Clark County was electrocuted at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Fazoli's on Leighway Drive along the Eastern Bypass, said Madison County Deputy Coroner Carlos Coyle. He was in cardiac arrest when emergency workers arrived but was resuscitated and taken to Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center. He died there Thursday night. An autopsy performed Friday confirmed that Wasson died of electrocution, Coyle said. http://www.kentucky.com/178/story/845536.html
Bahe Cook Cantley and Jones wrongful death attorney Larry Jones said, "an investigation should be commenced immediately to determine what caused the death." Larry also said that "the man's family needs to consider whether workers compensation applies or whether an another avenue of recovery is available to compensate them for this horrible tragedy."
