Tractor Trailer Driver Charged with Murder in Ky.

Yesterday, we posted about the tragic death of a Commonwealth Attorney after his car was struck by a semi-truck in Pendleton County. The Lexington Herald Leader is reporting today that the driver of the semi-truck, Daniel Gabbard, has been charged with wanton murder. Police believe that he was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. http://www.kentucky.com/181/story/824563.html
